I would like some opinions on the new design of Old Navy flip-flops.?

This really isn't a question, I would just like some opinions. Personally, I don't like them. They look like dollar store flip-flops.

"New design" meaning what? They are the same flip flops they've always carried, but in order to make them "different" from season to season, they might alter the logo slightly, or change the pattern on the rubber strap across the foot... but they are the same. The colors will also slightly change from year to year. And they are NOT $15. The basic flip flops are 2 for $5.00 (this is not a sale price - this is the regular price) - the women's dept. just got lots of great colors in :-)

Reply:At first I thought that they looked kind of cheep, but how can you pass up a pair or 6 pairs in my case for only 1.99? They are actually very comfortable and last a long time. For women they have a ton of colors. I love them.

Reply:When I was a kid we called flip flops thongs, so a few days ago when I told my junior high school kid that I was cleaning house wearing my thongs she dropped her cell phone. All I heard was prolonged laughter in the background. Old Navy flip-flops are dollar store flip flops, they just put a little design on them and sell them for $15.
