Fit flops, NOT flip flops?

Has anyone heard about the fit flops?

There are really good reviews about them:

I find it hard to believe that they do what they say they do but I really want to believe that they do tone your legs. I know there's no substitute for exercising. I just want something that will tone my legs during regular walking, like between classes, walks around the neighborhood, etc.

But anyway, I want to know if anyone has tried them and if they work or not.

I don't want to buy them unless i'm 100% sure they work cause they're expensive..

Fit flops, NOT flip flops?
Yea they work. My gf has the model that comes in shoe form (MBT) but it does the same thing and her legs are amazing. She doesn't even go to the gym or anything so really the only exercise her legs could get would be walking around campus and wearing those shoes.

She actually has two pairs of the shoes.

I think they are worth the money, but they do look a little funny, I have to tell ya the truth there..
Reply:if they're anything like ankle weights, they're not good for you. they could cause ligament damage, put added stress on shins/ankles/achilles, and especially knees. you want lightweight shoes for walking, anything heavyweight like that will do a lot of damage in the long run.
Reply:I seriously doubt that they tone your legs. They are just a shoe and no shoe can tone your legs without the proper exercise. Yes they prob are better for your feet and joints compared to flip flops b ut I seriously doubt they tone your legs all by themselves lol
Reply:MBT makes these tennis shoes that are similar and yes they probably do work
Reply:wow i never heard of them but now i do!
Reply:they're ugly %26amp; i doubt they'll help you.
