they are really comfy, ive never fallen, and i can run in them but theyre not the most comfortable things to run in spesh on hard surfaces cause your heels can slip out the side and hit the ground if that makes sense....
Flip flops are all the rage, but have any of you fallen while wearing them? Can you run in them, if necessary?
ive never fallen, and i can sort of run in them but not too fast, i usually just take my flip flops off and run if im chasing something in the grass or something soft, but not on the street. for me the most comfortable flip flops are rainbows!! =]
Reply:I've never fallen in them, and I can actually run in them for some reason. You just have to get the right kind of flip-flop. The rubber ones from abercrombie and hollister are my favorite, but they're slippery. I can always run in the cheap ones from Old Navy =]

Reply:I've never fallen, but I can't run in them at all. I get Crocs to run in. They are so much cooler and can be flip flops or sandals.
Reply:sometimes they fall off and yes you can run in them i run in mine all the time because i dont want to wear my tennishoes it iis very hot out side sometimes
