Flip flops or sneakers?
Sneakers because you never know when you might need to start running.

Reply:I wear steel toes at work everyday so when possible I wear flip flops; gives the toes some air. I actually just bought a pair yesterday with supportive aches. So now I get the support of a sneaker and the freedom of flip flops.
