Why do girls love to wear flip flops as soon as it's a nice day?

I don't see them as being comfortable to walk in. Flip flop flip flop flip flop flap flap flap flip flop flop flip flap *broken strap* oops

Why do girls love to wear flip flops as soon as it's a nice day?
I guess people like open shoes and many people don't think it's okay to go barefoot all the way. So then flipflops, in spite of being 'floppy', are the next best thing.

Reply:I live in Florida and I pretty much wear them year round. I hate having my feet encased. I probably have twenty different pairs. I love them.

Reply:I wear 'flip flops' or thongs as we in Australia call them....all the time. Some are nice and dressy and some are just for the beach but they are comfy, airy and easy to slip on.
Reply:l'm female and hate flip flops, however my granddaughter and daughter wear them all summer long. they are not comfortable and the toe end keeps getting caught on things, give me plain white canvas sneaks

Reply:Well you may not see them as comfortable but we surely do. Women like freedom, comfort and style and flip flop just happens to flip right into that category.





They come into a variety of colors and styles and therefore can easily fit in with a lot of other accessories.

Reply:It is wonderful to air out those places that are kept in too warm and too tight a place. Most women wear their shoes too tight. Why? I don't know.

Reply:I don't know. I prefer sandals to flip flops. They're much more comfortable and make for more elegant walking than that constant "Flip flop flip flop flip flop flap flap flap flip flop flop flip flap *broken strap* oops"
