My heart has been "Flip Flopping" all day and I'm short of breath. What could it be and if its minor how do I stop it?
I HAVN'T had any caffiene today!!!!

Maybe anxiety. Do not be afraid to go to the ER. Always best to play it safe.
Reply:Sometimes, I get angsiety attacks, and it feels like I can't catch my breath and my heart has been acting strange. It normally doesn't last all day though... Just take a nap or rest for awhile and see what happens. If you feel like that still the next day, go to the ER or set up an appt. w/ your doc.
