Does anyone know a specific store or two that has lace-up flip-flops or flats?

I am looking for flip flops with a lace-up ankle tie. I prefer that the ankle tie is like a thick ribbon or some type of fabric. If anyone is a reader of seventeen magazine there was a bright pink pair featured (though they weren't flip flops) in this month's magazine. Thanks!
