Why do girls insist on wearing dirty flip flops???

its like nobody wears shoes anymore, even when its cold. and it makes their feet look all dirty and ugly. I even see some girls wearing them at clubs eewww they shouldent even let them in, and sometimes i see girls dressed really nice in dresses - with flip flops!Help me understand why??? are they just lazy to put on shoes.

Now days people are growing without etiquette. I have seen ladies with long gowns wearing flip flaps looking very "low life". Whatever happened with dressing with class?
Reply:They are comfortable and they don't look bad with all things. Some people just like the feel and maybe don't care if their feet are cold. The main thing is comfort---and they seem to be "in" these days

Not when its cold.





And not at clubs.





When its warm to a very casual event, like school, is ok.

Reply:flip flops are comfy..but i agree that people who wear their worn out, dirty flip flops all the time are gross. Instead of buying 100 pairs of those ugly Old Navy flip flops they should buy some real friggen shoes!!

Its not cute for winter/fall. I guess its the preppy look that they don't want to let go of.lol
Reply:Not all of us can find shoes to fit, nor can we afford 10 pairs of stylish dress shoes. Anyway, why should I wear uncomfortable shoes that make my feet bleed when my spiffy beaded flip flops look just as good and don't hurt my feet?
Reply:I don't understand either! Wearing flip flops in cold weather is beyond me. I would never do that! Dirty flip flops as well as dirty toenails are not pretty. If anyone is planning to wear flip flops, it should be appropriate for the weather, their flip flops should be clean and their toenails too!

Wear some heels, pumps, or wedges.
Reply:That's probably all they have or maybe it's more comfortable for them than putting on shoes
