Do u notice more guys wear flip flops these days than a few years ago? Do u think the trend will continue?

Assuming the guy has well maintained feet, do u think wearing flip flops looks attractive on guys with jeans?

Yes. Who knows. It's bad for your feet if you wear them all of the time. It's better to wear shoes. Flip flops are cheap shoes and are meant for the beach/showers only.





Personally I think they are kind of ugly unless they are shoes styled as flip flops because at least they have at least a little more support. Abuse your feet now and pay the price when you are older.
Reply:During warm weather, I only wear flip-flops when I absolutely have to have something on my feet. Otherwise, I'm barefoot. I admit that flip-flops only look really attractive on girls, though bare feet look even more attractive on them, but for me, it's the comfort aspect of it. I know I'm not sexy, but I sure am comfortable! :)





And by the way, dumbdoughnut....I'm straight as an arrow, and proud of it!
Reply:Yes - there are a lot more guys wearing flip-flops today than a few years ago -- heck there's more women wearing flip-flops now than a few years ago.





I like it. I hated the Doc Martin phase, when it seemed like every girl on the planet was destroying her feet with those horrible looking biker boots.





Personally, I love wearing flip-flops when I can't be barefoot.





As for looks, I personally think that the flip-flops look best with jeans and that's when I wear them. But then again, beauty is in the eye of the beholder, no?
Reply:OK there dumbdoughnut. So by your ridiculous logic girls should not be allowed to wear anything but high heels and skirts. If pants and sneakers were made for men why are women allowed to wear them unless they are Tomboys. Flip flops are incredibly comfortable just because I keep my toenails neat and short does not make me queer (not that there's anything wrong with that).
Reply:Yeah its fine. We can't expect guys to have to wear socks and sneakers on the hottest days of summer. We as girls know thats not fun and flip flops are so much easier. Whats the big deal? I've seem some nastyass feet on girls too.

Reply:I notice a LOT OF GUYS in flip flops now compared to about 20 years ago. There are a lot of flip flops that are manly, and look good on a guy.
