I just bought a few pair of flip flops from old navy online they are a half size to small and i can't find the receipt i think maybe one of my kids threw it out while cleaning, can they be stretched out or can i bring them to the store and get a half size bigger. Please no stupid answers. Thanks!!!!!!!!

Reply:Give the store a call explain the problem and ask them if you can make an even exchange for the correct size. Many stores will give you an even exchange without a sales slip.
Reply:wear them around the house if they are really new..... thats what i do... or you could wear like 5 pairs of socks on each foot and then wear them....
Reply:keep looking for the receipt they will not change them unless you have it.
