More simply, to the point that the flip-flops are at the point where they shouldn't be worn anymore due to them not protecting the foot more so than they already don't.
Has anyone ever worn a pair of flip-flops to the point that they actually get a hole where theire heel goes?
I haven't done that with flipflops but I did wear my masuer sandles til the name wore off the bottom.
