i got the idea from a craft book with duct tape but it didn't say how to make them i what i was thinking was to
get a pair of flip-flops the trace them on some cardboard then wrap them with the kind of duct tape pattern
does this sound good or is there a better way?

get cardboard and trace a pair of your flip-flops that fit on it...then get some athletic pre-wrap and put that on (it should give it some cushion..then start wrapping duct-tape on them and make the band part to..
