Ladies, do you continue to wear a pair of 'flip-flops' or sandals even if your 'footprints' begin to show?

Like an old pair of blue jeans, a shirt or some other comfortable article of clothing, some things are just too hard (and too comfortable) to part with. But ladies, do you still wear flip-flops or sandals even when your 'footprints' begin to show? Are they that comfortable or are you just too attached to them to part with them and buy a new pair?

After my footprint begins to show, I only wear them if I am doing errands or something. Like, just running to the store, or hanging with buddies.

But if I am going out and people will actually see me, I would never wear icky shoes.
Reply:Im not sure if by flip flops you mean thongs, but generally that footprint is just from dirt cos they are open.

You can just wash it off and they are like new?
Reply:i do
Reply:i dont cuz i think thats nasty only cuz it makes you look dirty
Reply:oh no time for new pair or make them housework shoes?
Reply:No, for me.
Reply:Yes, I'm cheap and I'll wear them till they start to rot
Reply:pretty much. But we each have like 50 pair anyway.
Reply:No, sweetie you need a purchase a new pair.
Reply:i still do haha but thats because i love these one pair of sandals and they mold perfectly to my feet, i continue to buy new sandals but i continue to wear this one pair.
Reply:I'm attached to my sandals...
Reply:Considering they are ridiculously affordable most of us own about 40 pairs. There is no need to wear them once theyre gross and worn out.
Reply:Just wear them at home and start searching for that new favorite pair of flip-flops.
Reply:Well actually, if the foot print starts to show on mine, then I throw them in the wash..and voila! clean as new! It works every time...
Reply:yea why not you can do it if you want
Reply:I say absolutely no. When the equilibrum of any shoe especially flip-flops or sandals becomes unequal, its not a good idea to continue wearing them. The arch of your sole is affected, so please disconnection wearing them
Reply:I throw them in the washer with my towels when I bleach them and I don't get the footprints. By the way- it really shouldn't matter- flip flops should only be worn on the beach or in the shower room anyway... I think it is gross when people wear them all the time... I mean, it is almost as bad as going barefoot.
