How can i deodorize my leather flip flops?
Put it in a plasctic bag then freeze them.Or just sprinkle baking soda on .em
Reply:get them shoes, where they have a pattern on the front of the shoe and just slip on i think there call slip on there are lots of colours aswell e.g pink or sliver and white there the best colours but there yellow and brown and many more there cheap aswell only £10

hope this helped you
Reply:Sprinkle baking soda and rub in. Let sit overnight then remove baking soda.
Reply:Leather absorbs odors well. That is why your dad's 30 year old biker jacket still smells like Marlboros. There are leather treatments that you can utilize before you ever wear the product, but the most effective ones can change the texture of the leather to something that looks and feels more like plastic, voiding the nice, comfy feel you normally associate with leather.

Your conundrum is the exact reason why you see folks wearing socks with sandals. No, they don't do it because they enjoy the fashion commentary, it just allows them to go longer before they have to toss the footwear, and minimizes the tacky feel of accumulated body soil (ewww!) in contact with their skin. I go socks and sandals in the summer, but I live in Florida, so it is a little more of an accepted thing. Wearing snazzy designer socks helps, as nothing is accepted more than ostentation.

Now go toss those funky flops.
Reply:wash dem thangs
Reply:If you don't want to toss them, I'd suggest either baking soda or bleach. The best option is just to toss them and get new ones for five bucks down at Wal Mart, though.
Reply:Put them in a plastic bag...then place them in the freezer for a few days. Yes, it works.

Odor-causing bacteria thrive in dark, damp spaces, which makes your sweaty tennies an ideal habitat. You'll need to wipe out the smelly bacterial population to achieve truly odor-free shoes.

Instructions

STEP 1: Examine the shoes. Are the insoles damp and causing the odor? Remove them and dry them. Or replace them with insoles formulated to kill bacterial growth, available at drugstores. STEP 2: If the shoes are slightly damp, place them in the sun or near a heater and allow to dry thoroughly. Remove laces and lift the shoes' tongues to fully air out the shoes. STEP 3: Put the shoes in a zipper-lock plastic bag and place them in the freezer overnight. The freezing temperatures will kill most odor-causing bacteria. STEP 4: If odor remains after the freezing, pour baking soda into the shoes and leave it in overnight to absorb the odors. Or use products designed to remove shoe odor, which are available at supermarkets and drugstores. STEP 5: If all else fails, go to a pet store and purchase an odor remover such as Nature's Miracle that contains enzymes or bacteria. The enzymes and bacteria in these products literally eat away the source of the bad odors. Follow the instructions carefully as you apply the product to your shoes. Overall Tips %26amp; Warnings

Dry shoes thoroughly after they become wet to prevent smelly bacterial growth.

If your feet sweat a lot, wear lightweight cotton socks that allow your feet to breathe. You can also try odor-absorbing foot powder. And invest in two pairs of athletic shoes so that your shoes can dry out.
